The food was delivered cold, things like coffee cups and dessert plates were not present, they didn't clear plates when meals were done, and the time from the back of the room to the front of the room being served was a full 35 minutes. Folks gave up and we're leaving, and volunteers from the event stepped in to clear tables and help service tables. This place may have delicious food, but they are NOT equipped to handle a. Mark has developed a beautiful and sophisticated menu and every single one of my guests were blown away. I went through several other food tests and none were as responsive or had as fantastic of a product. And this is coming from a very picky eater who has been incredibly spoiled due to living in Italy and being raised by fantastic cooks. Kari is incredibly helpful and put up with my husband and my constant indecision and was super responsive, which took a HUGE load off my plate in a very stressful period. I called to follow up and they without receiving my questions told me that the website was not up to date and that I would need to eat any cost difference. (A large difference in cost) In the middle of a question, they hung up on me. I emailed the owner and requested a call back. He could have just as easily said they were booked or couldn't accommodate a reservation a couple days out when they normally have months notice but Justin didn't hesitate to pull every string in the book to make it happen. His coordinator Alisha was so sweet, responsive and helpful as well. The icing on the cake was the quality of the food and service, not the mention their burgers. Holy moly, so good!
