If you're someone who like to nitpick for bad reviews, please do not do this with Loan Lawyers. They are truly best in their class in the work they do. To summarize my situation, I was sued by a very litigious and notoriously scummy creditor for a sizable amount of money. As this was the first time I've ever been sued, I was incredibly nervous and expecting the worst. The thing is, these creditors hope that you stick your head in the sand and do nothing because then they're awarded the default judgement which is the full debt + court costs and fees. Then, with a judgement, they could garnish your wages and go after your money with a vengeance. I opted to fight back and I chose Loan Lawyers as my counsel. I received tons of mailers of lawyers who said they'd settle or mediate my case to get maybe 60% of the debt negotiated down or help me file for bankruptcy, but Loan Lawyers was the only law office I spoke to who said they'd go on the offensive and get my case completely dismissed for a very reasonable fee. They cited the hundreds of other cases where they've achieved this outcome and I decided to bite the bullet and retain them after checking their reviews and being swayed by their confidence in the result. This is one of those times where what was advertised wasn't too good to be true and they delivered on their promise. My case was completely dismissed with prejudice and the debt gone for good. This was my largest personal debt and for a legal fee a 10th of the amount of my debt, I had it completely erased. In that respect, this lawsuit actually turned out to be a blessing and I'm so incredibly grateful for Loan Lawyers in producing this result for me.

We were double-billed for legal services in July, August, October, and November 2025. Our case was fully resolved in November 2025, and all required payments were made in full. No balance is owed to the firm. Since September 2025, both my husband and I have made repeated written and phone attempts to resolve this billing issue. After the September credit was applied, no further responses were provided regarding the remaining balance, even after continued follow-up. While we have received occasional, brief communication related to our case (while it was still open), all inquiries specifically regarding the refund have gone unanswered. Multiple voicemail messages and emails have been sent over several months without return contact. We have complete billing records, payment confirmations, and communication logs, including documentation of the credit issued and the subsequent double charges that continued after that point. Now, we are pursuing formal options to recover our outstanding funds, including consultation with other counsel, and filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection authorities. If your condo board hires attorney Carolina Sznajderman Sheir / Eisinger Law, I believe unit owners…read moreshould pay close attention. I live at Aquasol Condominium. Our swimming pool has been closed for over 6 years with no clear explanation, while owners are paying a $10 million special assessment. When residents like myself started asking where the money is going and why the board has failed to complete the pool repair, instead of answers we received "Cease & Desist" letters from Ms. Sheir. In my opinion, those letters accused active residents of "spreading lies" but did not provide proof. To me, this felt intimidating rather than informative. And it is important to note that she is paid with our money, the owners' funds. From my perspective, Ms. Sheir often appears to defend only the board, not the community. In my experience, she sometimes runs board meetings herself, answers questions in place of board members, and her tone can feel dismissive and condescending. What I personally find most concerning is that we discovered through public records that our condo president and the president of AG C... (the contractor who has received millions from the association) jointly created a company together. This was never disclosed to the owners -- we only learned about it ourselves! Instead of supporting an independent review, Ms. Sheir filed a complaint with DBPR that, in my view, reads more like a defense of the board president. For example, she wrote: "First, note that there is no evidence of any kickback." "At present, we are unaware of any definitive evidence that Mr. B... received a kickback from Mr. L... or AG C..." "While there is no definitive evidence of actual financial misconduct, the failure to disclose Mr. B...'s business affiliation with Mr. L... and AG C... may be deemed a violation of the conflict of interest statute." In my opinion, this downplays the seriousness of the issue. Even more troubling to me is that she recommended that the "investigation" be conducted by the Finance and Construction Committees -- groups of volunteer residents, many of whom are close friends of the board president. At a board meeting, I personally heard many owners voice strong concerns about this idea, but Ms. Sheir did not address those concerns. I question whether it is appropriate legal practice for an association attorney to suggest that potential conflicts of interest be reviewed by non-professional volunteers instead of independent experts. Based on my experience, I personally believe that this is not how an association attorney should serve a community. If your condo hires Eisinger Law, in my opinion it should be considered a very serious red flag.
