It wasn't too busy for lunch even on a weekend. The staff are fairly friendly and attentive. The service speed is pretty quick. Overall, the pros of Ottolenghi are that the food is pretty good and the environment is nice. However, the cons are that the portion sizes are small (so value might not be great) and the lunch menu is fairly limited. Therefore, all things considered, I am giving Ottolenghi 4 stars.

They have an ever changing seasonal menu, which reassures that the food you're eating is fresh. They offer an amazing harira soup in the Autumn packed full of chickpeas and spicy veggies, it's more of a stew than a soup and really fills you up. When you consider the immense amount of crap food on offer and readily available to consumers, this is a welcomed change.
