There is absolutely no respect for people's time, and no effort to communicate delays. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking what's going on. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally.
