If you are a new patient here they will get you in and out in no time. But the second you come back as a returning patient you no longer receive the same kind of treatment. Avoid this place at all costs. They claim to run on appointments, but they severely overbook to the point where patients are waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. There is absolutely no respect for people's time, and no effort to communicate delays. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking what's going on. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally. This is not a legitimate place of practice. Take precaution and know that your tax dollars are subsidizing these people. read more

This was my second appointment. I arrived nearly 20 minutes early for my appointment and was put in a room for TENS unit...and was forgotten. Dr. Anderson came in to check up on me and thought I was done with the TENS unit and when I informed him no one has been in since he left me there-- ended up putting me on heat therapy himself. I was also told by Dr. Anderson that due to miscommunication I was not scheduled for manual hand therapy. Normally, I'd give someone another chance, but due to the fact that I had to make arrangements to leave work early and find additional child care as well as pay for the treatment out of pocket due to high deductibles, I will look for someone that won't forget me and has better communication. read more

My sister had an appointment recently she was satisfied with her adjustment and she said Dr.Anderson was super nice. But she felt super uncomfortable with both receptionist in the front. She said they kept staring at her since the moment she walked in she didn't know either of them. i've been coming to this practice for over 10 years. Both chiropractors took their time answering questions that I needed. they make time to fill out paperwork as needed. Give you recommendations for lawyers, they go beyond the practice. can you take Medi-Cal for two visits per month. not a lot of chiropractors take medical these days. read more

Dr. Jereme Anderson is a wonderful Chiropractor who really listens to the needs of the patient. He uses modern therapy to help relax you before an adjustment. Dr. Anderson has been adjusting me for quite a while now. His style and techniques seem to jive really well with my body. I have been adjusted by other chiro's but it seems like they go too hard and caused soreness and pains instead of relief. I seem to know right away whenever i need an adjustment because I will wake up with aches and pains. I pick up a lot of toddlers at work and stay pretty active. It seems like 1 side or the other will tend to be in pain the next day. All of this is easy stuff for Dr. A and the reason I am keeping up my visits every 3 weeks. He also takes my insurance (Kaiser Perm)Ne which allows me 30 chiro visits a year I think At this point he is extremely tuned into my pproblems. I also do nutrition with dr.
