Love this location! I never leave here empty handed. Customer service is great! I stopped in yesterday AND today. I noticed they were selling Krud Cutter for $2.99 gallon or $1.99 spray bottle. This is a great deal. I refinish items and this comes in handy. I'm also eyeing the rowing machine for sale too. It's never a dull moment at Ollie's. You will find items like: books, mattresses, carpet cleaners, shirts, eyeglasses, towels, pantry items, to seen on t.v. stuff. Every week they have new featured items. Get it when you see it because once it sells out it doesn't come back! Happy shopping!

This place is pretty scatterbrained but you can always find something you want especially for the bargain hunters! Make sure you have rather ample time as you can get lost for hours with little trinkets here and there. Definitely get you some outdoor tents and outdoorsy type stuff as discounts are pretty nice here at this location. I feel like they're a little cramped at this point but hey I'll take that over underwhelmingly finding nothing. Now go shop read more

I called yesterday regarding the AccuQuilt Cutting Systems to make sure they were a dealer and had demo models prior to driving from Knoxville. I was pleased to find out they did. When I arrived, I was greeted even though they were busy with other customers. When the customers had been helped the shop owner, Amy then spent well over an hour with me, educating me and letting me try the different machines. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, making appropriate and helpful suggestions on the dies I would need based to the type of quilting I do. She was able to put together a custom package at a great price (even better than Amazon). I left pleased and feeling like I not only made an appropriate purchase but also a new friend. I will definitely be returning.

I did ask for a few yards of fabric to be cut along with my other selections, the clerk was a bit abrasive at first and I was as thinking to myself "oh it figures typical quilt shop employee not taking a younger quilter seriously ". However, I pushed a little and made her stir up some conversation that was a little better but she still could have been a little more pleasant. Overall a nice place but I'm not sure I would drive out of my way to go there again.
