It reminds me a bit of several places on 8th Avenue (Pre to Post Modern and Classic Modern), and prices are in the same ballpark. Urban Decor is full of very sleek, modern furniture, some of it so hip and aesthetically pleasing that I'm not exactly sure how you sit on it. Though there are a few comfy-looking sofas, most of the chairs are metallic and cold, lending themselves more readily to being looked at than sat upon. Everything at Urban Decor is pretty pricey (even the cheapest of tables, stools and chairs will run you at least $200), but it all screams "I'm a successful, cosmopolitan socialite! Look at my furniture, but don't sit on it!" But that's what you'd expect from a place called Urban Decor, right? I saw some crazy lamps and neat little fixtures and tables that I'd probably purchase if I were financially able. There was a lamp that probably extended about twelve feet and dropped down like a fishing pole with a single, bulbous light at the end--very neat. Trouble is it cost about $500. Regardless, if I hit the jackpot someday, I'm certain I'll hit Pre to Post Modern and this place in order to furnish my lavish mansion.

So far I have purchased three lamps, some stickers, a vintage Hello Kitty balloon end pencil from 1992 in mint condition!, recreation 90s bath pearls, and a saint Britney Spears candles. I am looking for ways to make room in my home and go back for more of the furniture pieces. Highly recommend you check it out!!
