This franchise will not let patients contact the billing department by phone to resolve issues quickly, and answers to my emailed questions never included a name or contact details until I threatened to complain to the Colorado Division of Insurance about their failure to resolve an insurance claim within 60 days, as required. I discovered this office contracts with an intermediary (known as American Specialty Health - ASH) that slows payment between the insurer and their office ---- sticking it to the patient by collecting way too much up front. If your insurer uses ASH --- look up the bad reviews of this outfit -- find another physical therapy provider. This one is for you and yours Matt.

I was completely incoherent- vomiting and lost bowel control. The internal bleeding in my neck caused me difficulty breathing and I started to bleed out the side of my face. I was in ICU until additional surgery. My face was left open for days, my neck is worse than prior to surgery, my cheek skin almost died. I still do not have feeling in face and neck. She never offered money back and I have had extensive fees due to her mistake. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR- her skill set is not good for such delicate surgeries!!!

I went in for a second opinion on my right foot for Chronic malalignment of the metatarsal, Ocel took X-rays and he couldn't find anything wrong. After he refused to admit there's a problem I looked at the x-rays 4 weeks later and I found the malalignment of the metatarsal plane as day that needs to be realigned in my foot, I dropped off the first opinion and results form other providers showing what was wrong. Apparently I hurt his feelings because he had the office manager tell me not to come back to Cornerstone, (Ocel isn't Man or Doctor enough to tell me himself) trust me I won't and I strongly recommend you don't go to Cornerstone Orthopedics', They are an Extremely greedy practice. During the surgical procedure she indicated that it was not a cyst and far too involved so she referred me to Dr. Popham. In January 2014, he attempted to remove the mass, claiming that he couldn't remove it all. When the biopsy came back from the lab, we met and he informed me that the results indicated that it was a very rare sarcoma (DFSP) and that if I wanted it removed completely, I would need to see a MOS surgeon. Since this may result in the loss of my left eye, left eyelid and or the removal of my sinuses he recommended having periodic MRI's to monitor the spread. From 2013 until 2017 I had biannual MRI's and fortunately the mass had not spread. I recently had cataract surgery and noticed a small lump directly below the DFSP surgical scar and was referred to an ENT specialist would ordered an MRI. I just received the results and there is no sign of metastasis. As it turns out, the Veterans Administration has confirmed that this sarcoma is directly related to exposure to Agent Orange during my tour of duty in Vietnam. I cannot find the words to express my satisfaction with Dr. Popham but will say I am over the moon with the results of his surgical expertise.

He had fixed it up and gave me the short term limitations (lifting) which I followed and to this day, no problems. 2) Just recently I had a ruptured appendix and went to ER. I was fortunate to pull Dr. Jones to do this cleanup and fix. The rupture was extensive and most of the work was to clean up the bad stuff in my abdomen. He had to use over 3 liters of saline to clean out the rupture so I did not die from being septic. Whilst in the hospital, he did swing by every day to check and chat. He listened to everything I said and asked, then gave clear answers/directions. A close friend of mine is a nurse that knows Dr. Jones and said I was fortunate to have him to address the rupture as he is meticulous in his work and has always been a highly regarded surgeon in the medical community.
