At the counter where I was to complete my transaction, I was helped by Stephanie, who knew my name and membership info because of my interaction with the receptionist. No redundancy at this office! Stephanie was professional, very customer oriented, and she assisted me with adding a family member to my membership in addition to obtaining my car tags. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
