THREE other so-called body shops (over a span of a year and a half), could not get it right after a major crash that took out the entire front-end of the car. I'd just about given up hope that my car would ever look right again, but Marion and his team were able to align it in LESS THAN A DAY!! GREAT JOB!! I would recommend Pittman's Paint & Body to anyone that wants to save time and money on their car body needs. I could have saved myself a TON of grief, had I visited them earlier!

I brought my car in for what should have been 1 month worth of repairs, and it ended up taking 2…read morefull months to complete. Throughout that entire time, I never received a single update of any kind. I constantly had to call just to get any information, and even then, I was met with empty promises that someone would call me back--which rarely happened. If it were not for me PHYSICALLY going to the facility I would have never known there was additional work needed which yet again pushed back my expected finish date on the vehicle. Also, several times they stated my car would be washed and cleaned and it visibly was never completed. Delays can happen, but the way this shop handled it showed a total disregard for my time, trust, and capital. As well as, my car isn't still finished after receiving it. I won't be coming back.
