They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.

I contracted with the owner Matt to do several projects on a…read morehouse that I was moving to in Mesa - we were moving from out of state and wanted everything done prior to our move in date. I was very clear about the fact that I needed completion prior - which gave him 2 weeks to complete things. He assured me that it would be completed in time. We paid him for materials and 1/2 labor up front and would pay the remaining labor upon completion. We arranged for him to have access to the home to do the work. I checked in multiple times to make sure he was on track and we were reassured each time - even the day prior to our arrival. We arrive to the home after a long 12 hour drive to find the work was not even 1/2 completed. When we confronted him he didn't have any answers- finally told us that he should have communicated better. He also did not have the materials for the project (we were putting in French doors) - there were no doors and when we asked where they were he told us he didn't have them nor did he have the money to buy them. He had not even started the project of framing for the French doors. He spent the money we paid for materials "cash flow problem in his words". He asked to make it right and committed to bringing some help the next morning and would have to job finished by the weekend - no surprise- he didn't show back up and did not contact us. I had to contact with another company in order to have the job completed. I would highly suggest that you do not hire.
