You can find Olsen Farms meat and potatoes at many of the Farmer's Markets around the Seattle Area (U-District, West Seattle, Ballard, Phinney and more). Many Seattle restaurants serve their meat and potatoes (Sitka & Spruce, Lark, Herb & Bitter, Salt Blade, Trace and more). They have tons of varieties of potatoes, but if we're going to be honest the best thing they have is their bacon. It's the best bacon I've ever had. I once managed to get some shoulder bacon, and it was heavenly. All of their meat is good, though, and it feels really good to eat meat that I know was raised ethically and naturally by good people! read more
