Pretty disappointed today. Dr. Olsen is a great orthopedic doctor and has helped me quite a bit comber the years with my knee and hands. Haven't seen him since last Oct. At tht point he gave me a prescription for ibuprofen. He gave me a 3 month script but it took almost a year to use as it's an as needed not everyday thing. I figured after a year it would be no good so I stopped today to see abt a refill. I was informed tht I would need to make an appt before they could refill it. Sounds like a scam to me since it's only ibuprofen. Not sure what I would need to make an appt(medical wise) for nor should my insurance have to cover tht. I know if it would have been Dr. Olsen it would not have been an issue IMO. I wasn't going to pay a copay and gave my insurance billed just for tht. Like I said, I'm really disappointed in his staff. read more

Dr Olsen is a competent physician. However, his office staff is horrendous. It took the ofc mgr 1 1/2 weeks to return a call about scheduling knee surgery then she said, I was out of town. Customer service lacks. read more

Four years later and my daughter is still in a wheelchair and still no apology. When we tell people her story, we always include the one doctor who made her feel badly about being sick. We found out that she not only has Reflexive Sympathetic Dystrophy and erythromelalgia but also Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. She's been using natural treatments this entire time. No medication other than a beta blocker for her racing heart from the POTS. But she's finally able to walk a few steps with a cane. Hopefully the doctor will be more patient with sick people like my daughter in the future. read more

Dr. Olsen and all of his staff are awesome! Everyone in the office is very attentive and seem like they actually care why you are there. On top of that every place that Dr. Olsen's office has referred me to for other items like MRI's and Physical Therapy has been great as well. I had simple knee ACL surgery but I don't believe Dr. Olsen did the surgery, he sent in his trainee that did a HORRIBLE job on my knee. They said I could run after 6 months and later on, would be able to walk well, that the pain and swelling would stop. That was a 'happy' thought that has never happened. AFTER surgery in about 2016 first thing I remembered was being in SO much pain all I could do is scream and CRY when I came to! They gave me NOTHING for the pain, only when I got into my room was I able to take one of MY OWN NORCO pain pills so I could stop crying my eyes out. Anesthesiologist did not do his job right and major nerves were affected and had the gall to send me a $300 co pay bill for a job not done. The nightmare continued with knee swelling, intense pain when I walked so I kept wearing my knee support to try to hold down the severity of it. If Dr. Olsen did this surgery he should be disbarred forever. 2 years later, same story, KNEE swells horribly even when I only walk through the house, pain is intense with much of any use and sometimes without any use. 2021, same condition and the muscles beside the knees are in intense pain, no improvement. This was a very poor job, if his helper really did do the surgery he should be thrown out of the medical field as well. This is a HORRIBLE THING to do to a person's life! HORRIBLE! read more

I have been going to Olsen Orthopedics for well over 10 years. They have treated my son (twice), 3 daughters, and my husband. One of my daughters and myself have had surgeries with Dr. Olsen and are truly amazed by his skill and professionalism but at the same time has the best bed side manor and is awesome! Most of his staff is the same all of the years we've been there too including his right hand man Travis. Travis takes just as good care of us as Dr. Olsen and matter of fact actually takes the time to listen to any concerns you might have plus answer them thoroughly. The other assistants are so loving and kind and take great care of us anytime we are there! I know so many of my friends and their families that go there and have been operated on by them also and have nothing but High Praises for Olsen Orthopedics. If you need or are looking for an orthopedic please do your homework and Im sure you will find that they are top notch and you would be pleased with them!
