That's because they don't walk out and shout your name like most places. Instead they mark what you're wearing/your characteristics so the nurse can come approach you one on one to come back to see the doctor. All the staff I've encountered has been so helpful and genuinely caring, spending all the time you need to explain every detail. Dr. Moxley has been a life saver. Figuratively and literally.
