I had a consultation on the phone with them earlier today. He completely dismissed me. Because I am disabled and it is a permanent disability but I also have student loans after the last couple years. He goes well it's not like you're going to start a business and they can't come after your SSDI anyways. I said it's killing my credit score and that's all he he stopped me right there either so you don't need this. The reality about this is I went to school to find a job that will work with my disability so that I can get off of disability. He told me to give back my car I said that defeats the whole purpose of having a car in the first place the reason why I got it. He says well they can't garnish your wages so don't worry about it. Okay so my rental history if I get into a new place requires a credit score for good deposit. If I want to buy a new car I need a good credit score. If I want to have any credit in my new business that I just got my EIN number for I have to have a decent personal credit score to even get the business credit. I went to school to become a business analyst. I'll tell you right now this lawyer is the worst possibly ever go after. He said there's no reason why you need me I don't know why you even called it's a waste of my time and yours. I do not recommend this company/business at all. He wouldn't even listen to me about the social security administration garnishing my wages because they said they overpaid me when I won my disability case which took 7 years.
