John (owner or manager) told me on the phone that his schedule was full already, but he would look at it if I could get it to his shop. I was able to creep slowly to his shop, using only side streets. His crew resolved the issue and had me back on the road, shortly. And pricing was certainly fair. I tried to slip John a little cash "tip" to show my appreciation for his helpfulness. He would not accept it. He told me that helping people out was just the right thing to do.
