No one seemed to care about their customers. I saw another couple walk in and nothing was said to them-even though one lady sitting in the back doing nothing-saw the couple waiting. A fee minutes later the couple walked out and I was right behind them. You would think that since the customer is critical to your operation-the entire staff would be friendly.
