Every time it rained our entire front yard would get swamped and on the…read moreother side the rain would runoff our driveway in sheets that pushed the bordering crushed rock 30 feet into our sideyard. Bryon excavated a 40 foot run of drainage pipe alongside our driveway at the front yard and replaced it because it was half full of mud and rocks. He put in French drain piping that had like styrofoam bits netted all around it so roots and stones couldn't get through. And he put a sieve-type cap on the exposed end so no more dirt/rocks could muck it up. When water still wasn't running through the rest of the underground drainage system. Bryon had to figure out where the other blockage was. Turned out to be a caved in pipe in the middle of our (paved) driveway. But Bryon is not only smart but very, very clever. He sawed out just a square 18" piece of the driveway, dug down 3', Cut out and replaced the section of pipe that had caved in, and then sealed everything up as if nothing had ever happened. Cities I've lived in this would've cost several thousand dollars. Bryon's total? Incredibly fair and reasonable, and as the problems multiplied he checked in with revised, always fair, estimates. He went the extra mile over and over again. He even seeded places where the lawn got a bit torn up. He's going to be our go to guy for any kind of excavating and drainage work we need in the future, driveway sealing, tree trimming/removal, and more. He's amazing - we *strongly* recommend him to anyone with these kinds of problems.

My expectation was that issues would be corrected during construction. So I have new floors that were not leveled, new walls that are angled, electrical work that is sloppy and paint on the walls that does not cover everything. The electrical work passes inspection but be prepared for upside down switches and outlet boxes that are not flush with the walls. They also did 4 side jobs while they were here (drywall and paint the kitchen, build a closet, build a laundry space and replace my well pump). The contract for additional work is per hour labor. I was charged outrageous amounts for additional labor. So if you hire them I would suggest you only allow them to work on the contracted job. In addition you will be charged for every supply they purchase from trash bags to plumbing pipes. The selling point is that they do it all with licensed plumbers, electricians and carpenters. They truly embody the phrase "Jack of all trades master of none". It is really a shame. The crew is nice. They work hard. But I can not imagine they ever leave a customer really satisfied.

Even after addressing these issues, the finished result still felt rushed and not up to a professional standard. What frustrated me the most was the lack of accountability. Whenever concerns were raised, there were excuses instead of solutions. Customer service was unhelpful and didn't seem to prioritize resolving issues. Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are much more reliable and professional contractors out there who value their customers and take pride in their work.

And just when I thought it couldn't get better Willy and the crew showed up and got to work setting up heavy tarp to protect our landscaping before starting tear off. And they finalized the project with a sweep of the yard picking up every single screw/nail and left nothing behind. Then the Forman for the job texted me & said he was busy getting materials for the job & apologized for not communicating that his guys were showing up. But a phone call takes two seconds. if you had a minute to text me you could have called me to let me know your crew was showing up. Once the job was completed they sent the invoice immediately & it said I had 30 days to pay. I called the office to yet again explain how frustrated I am with my experience & how this is gonna reflect my bill. to no avail, I got "oh a company wide email was sent out to explain this can't happen". After all that I got called & texted 4 times each asking when I was gonna pay. Yet again I thought I had 30 days to pay. All in all invoice was paid & I will not do business with you again beyond unprofessional.
