(somehow my review did not post in a timely manner so now in December 2023, it's a bit late) My husband and I stayed in Sugar Beach Club bungalow # A4. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and so quiet! The bed was very nice. The room was equipped with everything (including a refrigerator) you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. The price was such a good value! What a deal. Wow. And thankfully, the location was amazing, away from the overly busy 'Las Vegas' style Ölüdeniz Beach town. Easy walk to/from town which we did daily and easy access to hike up over the mountain to the abandoned village of Kayaköy along with parts of the Lycian Way trek (highly recommended!!). On arrival, we were greeted by the nicest young man at the front desk and made to feel so welcomed with how friendly he was to us. Sadly I didn't get his name but he was great whenever we needed anything over our entire 5 night stay. He and his staff have everything dialed in. We loved our little 'beach hut'. The porch was lovely to sit outside and read while listening to the sounds of nature. And of course, we are crazy cat people so armed with our bags of cat food, we loved our visitors to our patio. We definitely enjoyed the most AMAZING breakfast (included in the stay) each morning. We spent over a month in Türkiye which most of our stays included a breakfast but this one was top notch! Something for everyone. And prepared by a great kitchen staff that work so hard to satisfy their guests. The menu was fresh, tasty, large and varied with something for everyone, even vegetarians. It's astonishing to think this is included. The restaurant is managed by such an incredible man, Dincer. He and his staff really care about you, the guests. He was there each morning and greeted us like long lost family! Of course always with a big smile. We absolutely adored one server, a young woman named Ayse. She had a smile on her face each and every time we saw her. And she remembered our names, our likes/dislikes and took the time to engage in conversation. Such a sweet young woman. Plus, she (tried) to teach me how to read my fortune in my Türkish Coffee grounds!! It was a fun experience! Being hotel guests allowed us access to their beach chairs, towels and umbrellas along the Blue Lagoon. We never stay in places like this which made this a big bonus for us. Loved our hours sitting in the sunshine, swimming or paddle boarding in the lagoon. We were taken care of by a great group of young men at beachside. These men work so so hard to make your holiday great! They have the best Mango-Lemon-Tea at beachside. We got to know one young man Ahmet and wow!!! What a gem. Kind, considerate and a very hard worker. He even worked with the restaurant/bar manager Dincer to change out the non-fitting lounge type music to Bob Marley Reggae rhythms so everyone could enjoy the 'beach vibe' in a more fitting way!! (thanks Ahmet & Dincer!!). Only negative is a huge influx of very rude day trippers that bus in from somewhere. They are extremely loud and arrogant and seem to disrespect the hard working staff and environment. But that's a pet-peeve of mine that I hate to see happen to 'local' staff. We would love to return. Sugar Beach and all of Türkiye stole a piece of our hearts. We are lifelong Californians, retired and in our 6th year of full time travels all over the world. We really hope our journey brings us back to our little beach shack. And definitely want it to include Reggae music...just for us!

We really enjoyed the beaches. The cuisine was also great. One thing to keep in mind: the resort is literally in a hill side. Although there are lifts, be prepared to walk up and down stairs. You will have the best service personal in this hotel.

The check in was great, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were assigned a side ocean view room with a balcony. The room was clean, new looking, functional, and comfortable. The drinks (water, beer, and soft drinks) in the refrigerator were also included. We also soon later discovered the HOUSEKEEPING was top notch. Regarding the food, it was excellent. We enjoyed all of the meals and robust buffet options. The food service staff was impeccable especially HAYRETTIN, who also provided service at the pool bar. For lunch, one of our servers was YIGIT. He also did a fantastic job for us. Speaking of the pool areas, they were spotless. The pools themselves were clean and refreshing. We didn't have any issues getting chairs. The pool/yoga/fitness activity staff member, OGZI, was great. She did a fabulous job getting people to participate in yoga and pool based fitness activities. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Sundia also offered diverse nightly entertainment that we enjoyed. The concert area was large, organized, with table drink service was available. The servers worked very hard each night. Regarding check out, it was smooth, and the staff was helpful with weighing luggage and calling a taxi for us. My only recommendations would be to move the towel area from the spa to the pool area. It's a little inconvenient to walk through the building and into the spa wet to change out towels. In addition, it would be nice if a basic bar could be placed on the beach, if allowed by local law. In closing, we had a fantastic time at Sundia, and I highly recommend it!

We just walked to the 18 slides and kids area. Villa is away from the beach area and kind of top of the hill but with golf carts, they helped us to go to the main area and back with golf carts or I chose to walk. It is located in a garden, you are away from the crowd setting in the hotel area. The villa is also so close to the Turkish cuisine a la carte restaurant, which has the best food in the hotel. You should definitely eat there. The people are so lovely and welcoming and the customer service is outstanding. Villa was brilliant. Kitchen was restocked every day. Cleaner done a brilliant job. Hotel restaurants were lovely. All inclusive restaurant was OK. Everything was fresh and tasty. The Turkish restaurant as I mentioned above was amazing! Really not to be missed. After eating there, we didn't want to try the other restaurants. Breakfast and lunch is great, there are always food near you. My kids loved the slides and there is a kids buffet everyday, so we don't need to go to the main restaurant for the lunch. Can't think of one negative, one thing if you don't like to walk is, it's quiet hilly. There are golf buggies and buses to get around the complex though. Sea and beach side is great with lovely blue water . The beach is quite pebbly, you would really need water shoes. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the Lykia world.

The hotel has all the facilities you could think of including 10 plus swimming pools, a water park with loads of slide of slides for kids (and adults too!) which were awesome. There are loads of tennis courts, a 3 hole golf course, rock climbing, Table tennis, archery etc etc. There are 5 restaurants, some of which are a la carte and you must pay a supplement for but they are worth it.The main restaurant , The Marina, is situated on the sea front and has lots of choice with chefs doing show cooking as well as prepared stuff. On one day they brought out the largest baked Alaska I have ever seen. The entertainment is really good as well, acrobats, dancers and even a synchronised swimming display. The location is stunning and whether your just lounging by the pool or meditating in the tree house, it's a place where you can feel completely at ease and renewed. There's plenty of delicious restaurants in town but dinner at the resort never disappoints. Plus the family are always happy to help as best they can and accommodate all sorts of dietary requirements. Limited homemade pomegranate juice is something you'll be yearning for months after you leave! I really wish I could go back more often.
