The inventory for the first house was all a lie, House was dirty (there was shit in the toilet), no curtains, bin bags everywhere, tools, carpet was missing in some spots, and they did nothing about it. Then we didn't want to move to the other house cause obviously they were saying they were too busy to show us the house. And they wouldn't give us the contracts still. They kept our deposit cause they changed the contract, saying we signed two. If anyone has been scammed by them get in contact with me, lawyers an police said we only need other people who as been through the same and we could win this.

Fergus asked me a few questions about the door type and the address and told me that he will be at my address within 30 to 40 minutes . Actually he was on time, no delays, and within few minutes he managed to open the doors and charged me half the price of the previous lock smith. I paid through debt card ( which is just convenient ).

I have rented through them twice and have always found them more than helpful and very quick to assist with any problems. You can contact them by email, phone or you can simply pop in. We had some problems with some furniture in the house and premier had someone out to fix it the next day. Their fees/deposits etc. seem to be on par with rival agencies but it helps that they are not ''offish'' ... apart from one lady in accounts....but she was probably just having a bad day! Premier hand out a housing list for students just before Christmas so they can get looking for next years houses. For professionals - you can just pop in anytime.

Had constant maintenance issues throughout my stay. The high staff turn over means it is difficult to find anyone who will accept responsibility/ keep promises to have things fixed! It's unfortunate because they have a lot of properties in very convenient areas.

At the leaving check out one of their agents suggested that a single human hair in one of the drawers that I had missed in my cleaning was justification for taking some of the deposit to pay for cleaning. When the landlord defaulted on his mortgage in the middle of my finals I had to sort it out with the bailiffs etc myself. RMA demanded I send them a copy of all the correspondence, which they had already received both in the first round and also in copy from me. They just hadn't bothered to do anything about it. In everyday dealings they were unhelpful to say the least. I would rather sleep in a cardboard box than rent from them again. I rather resent having to give them a single star in the above rating.
