As for the building itself... The Olympia Center is a beautiful shining new building that has a little bit of everything that adds a great deal of eye candy to the Chicago skyline. It looks like they put a lot of money into it and that's probably why they charge so much for people living in here. It is definitely a cool building and I appreciate all these beautiful buildings in the Loop.

Our office manager Darcie and her Team do an amazing job 24/7. The building and property is immaculate, garage parking is available, we have a workout room and beautiful trails to walk on! There are social events where you can meet people that live in the building. The location is perfect whether it's a run to the grocery store, dine out, car wash or need gas. Definitely come check it out!

Darcie manages the building and we couldn't ask for anyone better. The building is immaculate and well kept up. If there is a problem, it is immediately handled. Neighbors…read moreblast their music loud enough for you to hear it in your apartment at 6:30am, or later than 8pm even when the property manager supposedly contacts them. Rent it way too high for these tiny apartments and being forced to listen to your neighbors. In response to management's comment below, I wish someone had told me about the music and noise issue before I had moved in, even though I asked Isabelle specifically about it when I toured. I'd love to go to bed right now at 10:30pm but I can't with the bass bumping through the wall.

First off, when you first get approved and are able to check out the demo apartment you will probably love it and what not, but that's not what you're getting though. The demo shows the upgraded units however you may not get one as they are occupied.so why show something that isn't even the actual unit one will be getting? When you move in you have a checklist to fill out with any details or damages you may see or find but that's just to let them know about them. When you have an issue, whether is a closet door not closing or jamming you call maintenance but all they do is just literally lift the door and that's it. The issue comes back the same day. Issues "fixed" are not permanent just temporary. Is this what you want? Also the air vents are letting a lot of air escape therefore not flowing properly upstairs. Who installs an air vent right by the entry door?? Of course you're gonna be letting all the cold air out every time the door opens.just terrible planning when they made the units. Additionally you may need a lot of lamps as there is only 3 light fixtures on the whole apartment not including the two bathrooms lights. The closets do have lights but they are not bright and location of lights are bad. On the snowy days, maintenance don't even start plowing until after 8am, most people leave for work earlier than that and the whole parking lot is just an iceberg, I've seen people fall due to the area not getting plowed. Almost as if maintenance wakes up late for work. The headache to just get a response from the office is crazy. 3 girls in the office and only one of them knows her stuff. To summarize everything, FIND A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX

The Management Company (Briar Grace Management) and all of the people who represent the management company are exceptional. The buildings and pool are are always meticulously maintained. Building Management installed an electrical outlet next to our parking space so that my wife could charge her electric scooter which she need for mobility. The Management Company also installed a special threshold to make access to our apartment easer. The Management Company responds immediately to any requests for service and we are always greeted with a smile by all of the staff who treat the tenants as they would their own family. I highly suggest that anyone looking for an apartment stop in the Management Office for a tour of the buildings.

We walked all over feeling safely distanced from other park goers. I kind of like that the BEAN was gated off. You could still get great photo ops without other people being in the picture. There was a security presence upon arriving making sure you wore a mask. There was only the one way in and out. All other entrances were gated off. The garden was a one way direction to prevent back and forth amongst guests. Fountains were shut off (more likely because it was fall, but I'm not totally certain on that). Parking was $14 but secure and simple rather than trying your luck on the streets. We had a fun time.

The terrace outside is large and very inviting with an excellent view. BBQ'ing outside is easy and convenient. Its close to everything, including the lake! You can't say no to going for a run as its so close by when its warmer out. As far as the building is concerned, its always clean in the hallways, and even the neighbors are friendly and pleasant. Pets are welcome as well. It's in a great location, and that says so much. Some of the units are privately owned, so you may be able to get a good bargain with the right person.

They have the full-size side-by-side washer and dryer which was one of my musts since I was used to having them, also the bark park is the absolute best for my puppers it's nice and big for them to actually run in and they just renovated it! They also installed new digital key fob scanners so instead of juggling for your keys you just have to tap the scanner and turn the nob and you are in! They offer so much here for all of the residents and the resident events here are so much fun to go to! The maintenance here is amazing and extremely quick too! Bill and Saul are the absolute friendliest here as well and are very helpful too and they are so good with my pups, Bill is like the dad of the property! They whole staff here is amazing, I highly recommend this place!
