In these offices I see a primary care physician, an endocrinologist and now my podiatrist is in the same building. My primary care is all done on the phone while construction is happening but the other 2 I can see in person. When I first started coming here it was before the changeover of owners and things worked pretty good. Since the change they have really progressed with my other doctors moving in from other places I was seeing them. I like the one stop treatment idea but I do see doctors in other places and a couple who are not connected. One of my favorite things now is they have the portal up and running really well. I can easily connect with all my doctors here with one click. I usually contact the nurse who coordinates about any needs I have such as refills. I used to struggle to get them done but now it happens so fast. Basically there are some pretty good doctors working here and they take a good variety of insurance. They take covid seriously in the whole building.

The biggest concern I had was the incorrect medical records. When a patient gives you detailed history, you should be writing it down because medical treatment depends on the correct diagnosis. I was able to easily set an appointment although it was a bit further off than I liked. I had to wait almost 3 months to get in to see the doctor. They wanted to get my medical records and there was a bunch of paperwork to be filled out. They offered to mail it to me and I asked if I could just stop in and do it there. They said yes, and when it was convenient for me, I stopped and got the paperwork filled out and then brought it back to them. Everyone I talk to was friendly and helpful. I ended up being contacted by them to see if they could move my appointment and get me in sooner and I jumped at the idea. Time ticked by and was looking forward to my first appointment. The only downside to this was that first appointment are always virtual. I got the usual checks to confirm my appointment a day or so before and on the day of my appointment I received a call from the nurse to go over some information. This ended up taking longer than expected and the doctor ended up doing something else in the interim. When I did get to talk to the doctor, we went over my care as it has been to this point, and she determined that she was probably not the best fit for me because she does things a lot different than what I was used to. After some discussion, I actually had to agree with her. The nice part was that she was honest and upfront with me which most doctors I've experienced in the state are not. She had her staff contact me to assist me with finding a different doctor that could give me the quality of service that I was seeking. It's kind of sad that I won't be back here but I can definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a doctor and would like one that can handle pretty much everything on their own.

SO I go to the appointment and the staff member says "where is it so i can prep?" I said "its my thyroid, its inside my neck", she then informed me that they do not to that procedure there.. SO, the doctor walks in and apologize that they do not to that procedure there and said "do you trust me to refer to a doctor that can?" I said "of course i do!" SO, the doctor that she referred me to did NOT even do THYROID BIOPSY! UNBELIEVABLE!!! long story short.....
