We had a deck, railing and some support beam installation. Quoted and paid $25K. The railing…read moredelivered was not what was quoted (quote was for more expensive material). Correct railing was received after we showed it was not the quoted material. Vendor promised to pick up the remaining work debris. After a couple of months, one of the cross deck boards sank about 1/2". We have called 4 times plus a visit to the office requested that the sag be fixed and remaining debris removed. Vendor has not returned our calls or attempted to honor the promises and guarantees we were given.

Did not seal the driveway or replace sod taken out in the process. Driveway is a bad, or worse than before, with cracks and no aggregate to match entry steps or driveway entry as it was originally. Contractor recommended by Angie's list so I expected, and trusted that the job would be completed as agreed and as paid in full. Very disappointed!
