He NEVER answers his phone or messages. He will rarely every reply back to you with answers to your questions. He just wants your money and that's it. We had so many problems with having the wrong insurance card to use at the doctors. He never told us we had an updated one, or that our policy number had changed. And trying to get the new one....don't even get me started. We dropped them the last day of October 2024, but they are still taking random money amounts out of our account!! And I can't get a hold of Drew to figure it out and prevent it from happening again. I'm so disgusted with this place and him! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
