Progressive never addressed it in any response over the following year. Adjuster Brent M. Gray dismissed a formal appeal containing 29 documented exhibits, including government weather records and law enforcement documentation, with a two-sentence email that did not engage with a single exhibit. The same letter listed an incorrect mailing address for the Nebraska Department of Insurance. When I escalated to the Nebraska DOI, Progressive's official response claimed no third-party documentation existed to support the roadway obstruction. A KMTV Fremont news report timestamped the same day directly contradicts this, quoting Fremont PD confirming the road was blocked by a semi-truck. If you file a claim with this company, document every communication in writing. Their process does not reward the customer for being right.
