I have been going here for 30+ years. Never had a problem until a few years ago. I have noticed…read morethat the place was going downhill. I should have left a long time ago but I thought I would stick it out until yesterday. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a medical facility. I am NOT IMPRESSED with Dr. Kim Joy's attitude. See my mother has dementia and I was in charge of bringing her into the examiner's office. Well I never got a reminder so I was 30 minutes late. My mom is in SERIOUS need of medical care. And I explained to them it was completely my fault that she was late so I wanted to reschedule. They gave me a BIG FAT NOPE!!!! The lady doing the scheduling was checking with Dr. Kim Joy to see if she would see my mother another time as I was desperate for her to get in to see a doctor asap since my mother was recently put in to my care. I was so upset after leaving yesterday. Pretty much going there my whole life and they are like one no show and poof, not going to see my mom. No compassion. No empathy. Nothing!!!! I really believe they just don't care anymore. And this Dr. Kim is new to the practice too. No thanks. The good thing is that I immediately got on the phone to find care for her and found an incredibly compassionate medical facility by the grace of God. I'm excited to be cutting ties with the Physician's Clinic and Dr. Kim Joy!!!!!

I have been going here for over 20 years seeing Dr. Matthew Weiland. Who was my primary Dr for all…read morethose years. Today my insurance calls them to ask a question and they informed them that he isn't my Dr. & he isn't taking new patients. How am I a new patient? Oh well he did about nothing to help me or my health. He sent me to some rude clown across the hall at the foot and ankle place 3rd floor which had nothing to do with what I needed to be seen for. This place did nothing to help me, then when I had to go to Er, they would call me up and lecture me on going to ER. I wouldn't of had to go to Er had this place helped me. Plus this place fired my mother, God rest her soul after 40 years of working here, didn't even give her a retirement party or anything. Yet the other rude nurses who work here can sit around on their phones, while getting paid and shop for purses and play online, while getting paid. Nurses here are about rude. Service at this place has gone downhill with many of the good Doctor's leaving this place to go work some where else. The parking lot is filthy with cigarette butts all over, trash all over. Who really wants to go here any way. Basically just want office visits to get your money and do nothing to help you with anything.

I accompanied my husband to an appointment with Dr. Zuber, and I left absolutely stunned by the way…read morehe was treated. In all my years of going to medical appointments, I have never witnessed a physician speak to a patient with such disrespect, dismissal, and lack of compassion. The appointment wasn't even focused on the topic Dr. Zuber chose to lecture him about. Instead of having a productive conversation, he criticized everything my husband has done to improve his health and repeatedly told him it wasn't enough. At one point, he said he was "looking at an 80-year-old's chart, not a 47-year-old's." The most disturbing part of the visit was when he told my husband he would be dead within 10 years. There was no meaningful discussion about a treatment plan, no encouragement, no practical solutions, and no attempt to partner with him to improve his health. Instead, the conversation consisted of blame, criticism, and fear. Patients deserve honesty from their physicians, but honesty should be delivered with professionalism, empathy, and guidance. Telling someone they have a poor prognosis without offering a path forward is not motivating--it's discouraging and, in my opinion, unacceptable. The only positive part of the visit was his nurse, who was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. I genuinely don't know how someone so caring works alongside someone who communicates with patients this way. We will absolutely be finding a new physician. I only wish I had read more reviews beforehand. If you're looking for a doctor who will listen, educate, and work with you respectfully, this was not our experience.
