She had amazing black out curtain to help set the mood of the class. I have really enjoyed my experience here. You can rent a yoga mat for $2 and they had resistance bands we would use. Phones are not allowed in the studio and neither are shoes. The locker room is super clean, organized, and pretty. Tons of lockers are available and it has a bit of space. It just would get super cramped when the class I got out of and another got over as another class or two were about to start. I had never done a barre class before and I felt like it was easy to follow along with Erica! It would get hot in the room which helped me to get a real sweat going! Definitely an incredible workout and challenging. I would definitely consider trying the other classes Power Life offers and want to incorporate more of the movements I learned into my workout routine!
