I have my annual checkup here and got the referral for specialist. Dr. Chaz reviewed the blood work results with me. We discussed my health issues, and he prescribed the medication or imaging test according. Dr Chaz is polite, with good bed side manner. He smiles always so the patients feel relax and not too nervous or tense up. The advice from him is valuable and I trust my life under his care. Overall, it has been a positive experience visiting this office.

However, the second time coming in would be our last time. It was an absolutely awful experience right from the start. The lady in the front desk was super rude and had an unprofessional attitude towards my family and me. As we waited in the waiting room, my name was called and I wanted my family to come with me. The nurse said, "No one is allowed to accompany him." The nurse was very rude and had a chip on her shoulder. By Florida law, one can bring in a family member to accompany them to a medical room. To not bring up tension, I listened to the mean nurse. My rights were violated and I was so uncomfortable with the walk-in medical appointment. Please, do not come to Sunshine Urgent Walk-in Clinic. Imaging was fast and friendly. Lady that did ultrasound was very nice. She did a great job. Blood work was also great. Did not hurt and they found my vein right away, not always the case at some places. Elvira took my blood and was so nice. Talked with me the whole time to take my mind off the bloodwork. Because I had 2 appointments I had to wait in between, which is expected. The original lady that checked me in came over in between to make sure I had been seen. I was thankful and honestly do not always see someone like that who cares and wants you to be helped right away. So happy with everyone I was in contact with at BayCare. Definitely recommend this place. They do so much from regular care, imaging, blood, rehab, fitness. Very clean and modern inside.

But it didn't stop there the provider was awesome as well. I've been asthmatic all my life and each of these attacks can be overwhelmingly scary but I was in such good hands today & i can't thank them enough!
