They called back the day before & asked me to change my PCP w/ insurance. I did that as soon as I hung up. When I went to the office I was refused care because I didn't have an updated card showing Dr. Mieles name. I spoke w/ my insurance company after leaving & they confirmed the change had been made. The office should have called to verify before turning me away. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor because his staff doesn't care about the well-being of their patients.
