He's a wealth of information and often provides me with the information I should have been provided by "specialists" that I'd seen before my appointment with him. On top of being a wealth of helpful information, he allows me time to ask my questions, and the guy is just plain kind and encouraging. I never" in their people skills, but there's been a different crew there for a while, and I think the nasty office manager may no longer be there. The new crew is excellent, but the care I get from Christopher would offset and bad front desk service. I've never had better care than with Christopher. Comments were demeaning and I had to wait a week before I had to insist on a follow up. I received more insight from Google. Will stick to Advent or Baycare for urgent care in the future.
