Omar was a nice guy and he showed up when he said he would to lighten some oil stains on my driveway. He stated up front that the stains wouldn't come out all the way (he said 80%) and I was okay with that but the two large stains I was concerned about didn't really lighten at all. Maybe just 10% lighter. But the bigger issue for me was that he didn't take care when using his pressure washer and shot it at my garage door ripping paint off of it. He also ripped up some of my garage epoxy with his pressure washer because he didn't take proper care when doing his work. Price was reasonable but I would have rather paid more for better work because now it's going to cost me money to repaint my garage doors and fix the epoxy he ripped up. read more

OMARS WINDOW AND GUTTER CLEANING 10 STARS would be a proper rating for this company. I've lived in my house in Murrieta for over 15 years. The previous owners who bought it when was first built had owned it for 5 years. So it's about 20plus years old. I know the rain gutters have not cleaned in 15 years for sure!! We had noticed large pieces of moss like chunks falling onto the ground occasionally and water flow from rain would be overflowing from raingutters going on to the stucco. Areas of the outside house walls that shouldn't be wet, were soaked and took many days to dry out. So time to clean the rain gutters. I knew that I'm not ready to take in a job like this cause I'm not ready to be falling off a ladder! So I searched on Yelp and Omar responded immediately. We met the very same day and he quoted me a price. Actually much lower than expected! He put on me his schedule which was in a week. Omar showed up on time ready for work. He began immediately and gave a time estimate of several hours. He said he would take before and after pics so I could see the completed work since the areas he was working on were not accessible by me. He worked steady for several hours. Most of the debris was so thick it had to be removed by hand. He did this hand work then throughly blasted out the remaining debris with water. The down spout was totally clogged (see pic) and he had to disconnect it to clean and then reattach. As he finished each section he cleaned all debris that landed on the outside of the gutter and washed all the walkways. I'm extremely pleased with job that was performed. His response and communication to schedule this work was fantastic. His followthrough, integrity and commitment to do quality work is commendable. I will definitely be using his services in the future as he does many other types of work besides rain gutter cleaning. If you are in need of Omar's services please give him a call. We hired Omar's to clean our gutters, power wash our house and clean our windows/screens/tracks.
