When I finally received them, I was a bit disappointed because I knew he wouldn't send me something he could have gotten himself for $9.99 from the local pharmacy. He got home and told me he spent $48.95 for this! He had asked for an arrangement of different flowers. Instead, I received 12 daisies. He called to complain and the woman on the phone was very rude and practically hung up on him!! Do not order from this place!!

However, later that day, I was told that what I had paid would not be able to get the bouquet as advertised on their website. The lady I spoke to said their prices on the website had not been adjusted for the weak Canadian dollar. As a result, if I still wanted the bouquet, I would have to pay 20% more. Ultimately, I ended up cancelling my order. No apology was made. I rarely leave any reviews, especially negative ones since it can really hurt a business, but I was very disappointed to find out that I was mislead.

Paid, wrote a nice note, I even got a confirmation email. The next day I call at 4pm their time to check if it's been delivered, and they tell me the flowers were not delivered because my card had been declined. When I asked why they hadn't notified me they said it was because they were so busy on Valentines. Isn't that precisely why they should let me know? BECAUSE it's a significant occasion? Ultimately, special occasion or not, any business that can't let the customer know they won't fulfill the service they've promised isn't worth their weight in yelp reviews, or in digital characters. If I wasn't so benevolent I'd sue.

I selected the flowers and asked to have them done up into bouquets. It took them about 5 min to prepare it for me and they looked beautiful! The staff had added lots of babies breath, green folliage, ribbons and individual water tubes to several of the flowers. While I was waiting for them to wrap the bouqueta, one of the staff took a call from a client. He selected a plant for her, prepared it for delivery, wrote a card and, proceeded to payment. He answered ALOT of questions but he was so patient and clearly enjoyed it. Really wonderful service! The flowers all lasted 2 weeks before they started to wilt, which I think it a pretty long time for cut flowers!
