The assistant helped me make a decision, and I proceeded with the order. We communicated by email since they needed the recipient's full address and phone number. I promptly provided the information--but never received any confirmation or update to confirm that my order was being processed. It felt like my request had gone into a black hole. The next day, I followed up by phone since I hadn't heard back. I spoke to several people, none of whom could find a record of my order. Eventually, I reached the person who had taken my order, and I re-sent all the delivery details. She assured me that the delivery would be completed that day and that I would receive a confirmation and receipt. To my surprise, she called back less than ten minutes later asking for all the same information again--apparently, my order had been misplaced, and she couldn't even recall what I had purchased. She again promised to send a confirmation email once the order was finalized. Once again, no confirmation arrived. I had to call yet again to follow up, only to be told the delivery had already been completed. When I asked why I hadn't received any confirmation, they realized they had "made a mistake" with my email address. I find that hard to understand, considering they had successfully emailed me earlier to request the delivery details. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a florist with Westmount's reputation. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by the polished website--what you see online does not reflect the quality of service you actually receive.

Had a terrible experience trying to get flowers delivered to my friend on my birthday. What's even…read moremore infuriating is that my friend lives 100 YARDS away from this florist! On her birthday, she didn't receive the delivery I had ordered. I phoned the florist and they apologized, said they would add more flowers, and deliver the next day. The next day, still no delivery! Phoned again, they said they would send the delivery guy back again, and said they would give me a refund for my trouble. STILL NO DELIVERY! My friend was in her apartment the whole time, but no delivery came or contacted her. When I phoned again to demand a refund, they became suddenly much less friendly. Told me they had to deduct $10 for the delivery fee -- the delivery that never happened! My friend then WENT DOWN to the florist to ask for the bouquet AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HER! Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a florist.

He has zero patience with me, starting actually YELLING at me over the phone and he threatened to hang up on me if I did not get my message done quick enough! He ended up hanging up on me for no apparent reason, wasn't swearing, wasn't screaming I was speaking in a firm tone he was all fired up. They offered no apologies for the mess up, zero refunds for the gift basket that has STILL not shown up to our friend who will most likely be out of the hospital after Christmas. Word of advice-use a more professional company. This place is a joke not a business, run by what sounds like immature teenagers. UPDATE: THE GIFT BASKET NEVER CAME! 1 MONTH LATER.... SCAM, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
