DON'T BOTHER! I had ordered flowers from these guys on the 13th of February to be delivered the next day, on Valentines Day, in Canada. I went through checkout successfully. Paid, wrote a nice note, I even got a confirmation email. The next day I call at 4pm their time to check if it's been delivered, and they tell me the flowers were not delivered because my card had been declined. When I asked why they hadn't notified me they said it was because they were so busy on Valentines. Isn't that precisely why they should let me know? BECAUSE it's a significant occasion? Ultimately, special occasion or not, any business that can't let the customer know they won't fulfill the service they've promised isn't worth their weight in yelp reviews, or in digital characters. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed an order for Mother's day one week prior to the day, only to be called on the Wednesday before Mother's day to be told their driver simply won't be driving that day. The customer service was non-existent - she literally hung up the phone on me simply because I kindly asked for a refund. the Point of sending flowers on a special occasion like mother's day is for your mother to receive them ON HER SPECIAL DAY. I was appalled that they wouldn't deliver on Mother's day Sunday even though they had charged my credit card and on the receipt, it says "WE DELIVERY SUNDAYS!!!" - will NEVER give them my business again. read more

Wow. What can I say? How is it possible that in these days, where reviews and feedback make every business transparent and hopefully caring, that there are still businesses that absolutely don't care whatsoever? I had a strange feeling that when I placed the order for flowers for a birthday the next day that the women couldn't guarantee if the delivery would be tomorrow, at the actual day, or still today. I thought that if it was delivered early, my friend would have the flowers really on her birthday morning, so I let it slide and accepted it. But what was delivered was unbelievably under value. I had ordered the middle size of a standard bouquet, for C$90, and what arrived was a smaller version of the small bouquet. In the Photo, the small version has about 7 roses, the bouquet that arrived had 4. And I had ordered the mid-size bouquet, which actually is supposed to have 11 roses. A total rip off and disappointment. I called and sent a complaint email, and now, after another attempt and not a single reply from this business, I am calling my credit card company and report a fraud. Do not order from this business, as you most likely will be disappointed by your experience. In my opinion, this is an absolutely uncaring, unprofessional and borderline fraudulent company. read more
