Had a fantastic experience with Tori at Omega Spa! She did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable as I was a little hesitant to try this service since I have 4b/c naturally coily hair. The products used were very moisturizing. I liked the attention to detail and the scalp analysis. The scalp massage is the stuff that dreams are made of. Her hands were magic and I drifted off to sleep without even knowing. The heated table you lay on during your service also adds in to the comfort of your experience as well. The only thing I didn't like is due to the small space, it's a pretty open area so you can hear things going on around you which can take away from the serene environment they're trying to create. I went to Omega Beauty for the first time today to get a lash lift and tint. It was a really great experience. Kalie provided the service and not only was she very kind and personable, she was quick and efficient. I have really fluttery eyelids so getting lash services are always a hit or miss; the only other time I got a lash lift the technician got the chemicals in my eyes and it was really unpleasant. Kalie was the complete opposite! I was very comfortable and didn't have any issues whatsoever. The lash lift and tint turned out beautifully and I left feeling beautiful and taken care of. Came here for the Japanese head spa treatment. I've been wanting to try this forever cuz I love me a scalp massage and I reaaally wanted to love this service, but unfortunately I just felt the experience to be so-so. Parking lot is close by, $10 flat fee, but with all the 1 way streets, give yourself some time to find it. I wish the bed was heated because in the dead of winter, I was pretty cold. The heated eye mask was a nice touch but I took it off midway and just used it to warm my freezing hands. The leg bolster was also awkwardly large and not particularly comfortable. The scalp treatment was fine, but unfortunately just felt very gimmicky (I don't think that's anything to do with this place itself, rather just the nature of the service). If you have real scalp issues, an hour long wash is just not going to do anything, even if done on a regular basis. I also couldn't help feeling what a waste to the environment with the water running for so long. Lastly, don't expect anyone to blow dry your hair or even give you a dry towel to wrap your wet hair with. They do have 2 blow dryers available to use. Luckily, no one else needed them so I didn't have to go outside in freezing temperatures with wet hair. At $140 a session, I'd rather just get a regular massage. read more

Was so excited to try this place and scheduled a mother daughter date for the head spa service. I ended up going into labor that day and called a few hours in advance to reschedule- yes reschedule not cancel.... Unfortunately their "policies" allow for zero flexibility including child birth and we were charged the amount in full. I tried for a week to contact the manager and get a response but was unsuccessful. Extremely disappointing for a business that caters to women to be so unforgiving when things like unexpected labor in the way of your appointment. read more

I was so excited for the experience (I drove over 2 hours) and the actual treatment was great. The issue was after, it took two days to get the tangles out of my hair. The lady that did my session made a comment about trying to get the tangles out and basically said she did what she could and showed me where the brushes and dryers were. I spent 10 minutes in the salon with leave in conditioner (I brought) trying to get a wide tooth comb through my hair before I gave up and left, with wet, tangled hair. My scalp felt great but my hair felt as if all the hydration had been stripped from it. read more

As i walked in i was confused as to where to check in. There is no reception or welcome. I arrived a little early and eventually someone came out to greet me and checked me in. I used the restroom upon arrival and noticed as i walked through salon that stations were "curtained off" and shared w other clients and there is NO PRIVACY. I didn't like that. My service was relaxing and Rachel did a great job but it took a long time. Afterwards you're expected to leave w wet hair. What if it is cold outside? I noticed a blow dry section do it yourself so i asked to use them and she said i could but the noise from blow dryer was "loud" compared to the serene environment and i felt like i was disrupting the peace. The lady who works at station next to blow dryers kept pulling back curtain to glare at me several times as if im doing something wrong. May I suggest you have a separate blow dry station in another room and even offer to blow dry and style your clients hair as part of the service? nobody wants to leave with wet hair as we all have other stops and errands to make after our appointments, just a suggestion overall, I did enjoy the service, but I do think it is very expensive and I did not appreciate the fact that there was no privacy, I don't think I will come back read more

Michelle is a theif I have had issues with my eyebrows since I got in my 30's. I have lost so much confidence and lost out on a lot of things. I finally saved $500 to get microblading but unfortunately due to Covid and wearing masks I broke out in a rash on my face. My appointment was the following day at 2:30, I called more than 24 hours ahead of time, concerned that the rash would possibly interfere with process and to cancel and wait to see how my skin is before rescheduling. From the beginning of our first conversation, she'd made me feel not worth her time. I was never even notified or given any kind of receipt. She actually CHARGED me $120!! It is outrageous and I will be immediately contacting the better business bureau. Since the beginning of the changes in our community following the spread of this virus I was honestly amazed with how much kinder and more understanding everyone has been except her. I was permanently laid off because the animal hospital I'd worked at was closed , then hours restricted. I'm heartbroken and can't believe how callus this woman is!!! I definitely do not recommend ever interacting with such an awful person if you have any other choice!!!! read more
