As we where doing a full basement Reno, we didn't want to take any risk. We decided to waterproof. After calling multiple companies, we went with Royal Work Corp. They where licensed and offered a 25 year warranty. We wanted someone we could trust, rather than some unknown contractor who didn't have a garentee behind their work. If he can't make it, he will call and let you know. 2) His timelines are realistic - Mike sets a schedule and tries to adhere to it as much as possible.
