Where they loss 2 stars is with the lady who answered the phone the 2 times I called. Super rude, acted like I was disturbing her. Quite sad when everyone else we dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and professional. They are also a little behind in removing the car shelter (that's why I called again) it has to be removed by the 15th and as of today it's still there. I think I need to go have another chat with the gentleman who served me at their office.

I uncovered a session of incredible, haunting photos that she took of her own daughter in Parc Outremont one Fall and was instantly sold by their colors, composition, and the portrait of the fragile, fleeting beauty of childhood. Since Kate is a mom, she knows how to relate to kids and how to coax the most beautiful belly laughs and joyful expressions out of them. What she was able to get out of my three year-old daughter and me in that hour or so was pure gold. My favorite photo of my daughter is one that Kate captured during that session, and that's saying a lot since we must have thousands of pictures of our baby girl by now! Kate also offers incredible value. We later did a family session in Central Park with one of New York City's TOP family photographers whose basic fee was about 6 times more than Kate's...and although the photos are indeed beautiful, I think that Kate's work is even more timeless and iconic! It almost seemed too nice for only two nights in Montreal. Beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were like 1 million count! The only "watch out" is that there is a cleaning fee at the end which may not be detailed well in the listing rates-it wasn't expensive but can be a surprise for some.

When we tried to resume contact with the ApartHotelMontreal staff, they were unresponsive. After many phone calls and emails, we finally received a response regarding a credit. Mario was a recommendation to us for our wedding, and man, was he worth every penny. From the get go, he was soooo easy to deal with and was charming, funny, and very fair with his pricing. We found him to be very flexible and were impressed by how organized he was. We met with Mario a few times before the wedding to discuss everything and inform him of our concerns and needs. On the day of, he did a phenomenal job and really gave us an unforgettable party. The music was great, his energy was outstanding, and until now, we have guests who rave about him.
