I have only had positive interactions with the people at Arbor Wellness And it has been great. They all seem to genuinely care about their patients and make it a point to follow up with them to make sure they feel taken care of. I only had one minor issue and it just had to do with communication between my pharmacy and the office to make sure I was able to receive a medication, but the office staff at Arbor Wellness Took care of it immediately once I brought it to their attention. I am so happy I was referred to this office!

I have been going to lifebridge and being treated by Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer for several years. I am…read moreextremely happy with the treatment, therapy and medications which she has prescribed and feel grateful that I found her. Dr. Fontenelle is caring, intuitive and her approach to dealing with hard to deal with issues is excellent. The reason for the one less star rating (4 stars instead of 5) is the experiences I've had with the reception staff. They have been inconsistent, difficult and acting outside the range of their duties. They are not trained to issue medical opinions regarding my care and medications and yet both of the reception staff, Jeanette and Serena, have seen fit to do that. One glaring example is Jeanette telling me that the dosage which the doctor had been prescribing for Clonazepam was "way too high." I am going through some very serious issues and Dr. Fontenelle gave me a dosage of 1-2 tablets, .5 mg, twice a day as needed, so I was receiving 60 tablets every 15 days for several months. After Jeanette told me her opinion that the dosage was "way too high," the prescription which was sent to the pharmacy stayed at 1-2 tablets, .5mg, twice a day as needed, 60 tablets (which would keep it as a 15 day dosage) but was for some reason changed to a 30 day period. I was unaware of this change and when I saw Dr. Fontenelle yesterday she said she would keep the dosage of Clonazepam "the same" which I took to mean the 15 day dosage and she electronically sent the prescription to the pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy, they confirmed that the prescription which was sent in was 1-2 tablets, .5 mg, twice as day as needed and it was a 15 day dosage. When I called Lifebridge to inform them of this, they told me that the dosages for all of my medications has been 30 day dosages and the Clonazepam was not for 15 days. They went on and on about how the doctor could lose her license and the prescription was for 30 days and that it was only "my understanding" that it was 15 days. I told her that it was not just my understanding but that for several months I would go to the pharmacy every two weeks and pick up my 15 day dosage and the pharmacy confirmed that the current dosage was for 15 days. This is a very serious issue which neither Jeanette nor Serena should be issuing their opinion on.

I initially started to speak with Taylor who I believe is the admin for the therapists. At first I thought this place was in order because she followed up with me and asked what I was looking for through the process. Guess what, nothing was in order and it's so disappointing when you're trying to get help and have to go through a bad experience with experts that help people. This is not the case where all they were looking for is the next person to take money from. One of the worse things Allison did was, when we were done with our session she didn't even walk us out to the front door and said your time is up when would you like to schedule another day and time? All I have to say is WOW! At that, this session was for my daughter when we arrived she said, oh this session will start with myself and my wife, so my daughter had to wait at the front. What a joke! I have text messages from Taylor to bring my daughter. Even the online links she sent were out of wack. I should of researched more especially when you only have 3 reviews. Later to find out Allison is only an intern for the company, go figure. I promise, everyone please be careful and do your research. The owner Rebecca is not even here in Vegas and only does virtual sessions. I feel it's more personal when your trying to see a therapist or psychiatrist in person. Rebecca should definitely reevaluate who she hires for her office. Horrible how you don't even walk us out and say okay thanks for coming. Unbelievable, I'm in sales and I would never ever do that to my clients. I tried to reach out to Taylor and she literally went ghost and shows on text she read all texts I sent. This place is a scam and they will take your money. Please be careful everyone! I went ahead and changed the stars, because Rebecca reached out and made everything right. What a difference when I spoke with her. It shows that she is a professional and I wish she was here in Vegas. I really do not want to bash anyone, but Allison needs a lot of training in her field. I don't think HPN is aware of that and she's listed as a regular provider. I was supposed to listen to music and apparently I didn't do it enough, but she canceled my upcoming appointment and did not respond when I asked why.

I saw Sonali today for a reading after reading about her here and really liked her. The office was…read morenice, very professional. (It's on Rainbow, not Sahara anymore.) The reading was $80 for a 45 minute reading, but we went over time at no extra charge. (Ask in advance, this price was a "special," so it's probably usually more than this.) She used regular playing cards to do the reading, but used them as other readers uses tarot cards. As a "psychic." she was good but not off the rails fabulous. She hit on some things that were very good; other things didn't really make sense to me (as in "Who is 'the child?' What does 'a child' mean to you?" - "Nothing.") But as a card reader, she seemed good and had me shuffle and cut them several times so she could lay them out again and again to check her results. I can't say whether what she said about the future is right or not, but she was right about some things that had already happened and I can also say she checked her results several times and was strong in her opinion about what she thought. Even though it was a little pricy, I would definitely go back to her. She does phone readings too.

Freddy is amazing! He is the best couples therapist I have ever been to…read more Freddy is knowledgeable, kind and attentive. He is fair and isn't afraid to hold all parties accountable. He is an active listener. He helps formulate strategies to tackle issues. Our sessions are dynamic and I appreciate that he isn't passive. Most importantly, I never feel judged. My partner had never gone to therapy before, and was very reluctant to try it. But now he is actually a proponent of therapy, because of our experience in therapy with Freddy. Both my partner and I agree that our relationship is the healthiest that either of us have been in, and we owe a large part of that to Freddy. The office is very responsive. Scheduling is easy. I am a fan of the teladoc appointments. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at Cognizant.
