The expansion joints were also almost 2 inches in some parts. When I expressed my concerns and asked that at least the filler be redone I was told they would rip up the filler but would not replace it. I had told them that was fine but repeated I wanted the filler gone. The owner said they would be out in a week to do that. It's been 3 weeks and the sloppy work is still there. Customer service was very poor. Owner got very defensive right away instead of trying to fix the problem I expressed.

You then contact me a week before you are going to begin work to confirm. ...and then you show up on the day you promise, complete the work in the time promised, and even at the price quoted?!?!?! Uh...thats a TOTALLY new thing for me to experience with contractors. I wish EVERY experience was as painless and easy as this one!!!

I purchased the new trees and planting services, plus an extended guarantee for two new trees from Sanders Creek, in case they did not survive the Winter. The new trees were planted just as Marm had described the plant procedure before I actually purchased them. I had them planted in middle of September, then I watered them as they recommended. Now this year the both trees are very healthy and doing great! I am very satisfied with my new trees and Rose of Sharon bush, too.
