Knowing that the frame and artwork were pretty pricey (but not our personal tastes) I asked Allied about installing a mirror in the frame. $75 later we have a beautifully framed mirror. Customer service was great when I dropped off my frame, but the follow-up when my project was done was non-existent. When I dropped off my frame at the beginning pf April I was told it was a 10-15 day turn-around time. No problem. About the 3-week mark, when I hadn't received a call, I emailed. Sure enough, our mirror was done. I'm sure they would have called me at some point, but I don't feel like it was my responsibility to reach out to them. I live in Iowa City and had a hard time finding someone to do this kind of job. Allied Glass came recommended by someone, so I didn't mind the travel.
