EWC doesn't care about you all they want is money money money. I've been going to EWC for years and…read morepay for the same thing each time which is a cheek and neck. I already thought that was robbery because at the beginning I was only paying for a cheek then all of a sudden they said it's both I need. Fine. For the last four years I have gone to different locations and had no issues getting a cheek/neck and being satisfied with the hair removal until today. I went and saw BRITTNEY and she waxed only part of my face. She then handed me the mirror like they do when they are done. I saw hair still on my face I said what about this? She said oh that's a chin service and you would have to pay for that. I explained how I've never been told this is a chin service and have gotten waxed at different locations with no issue. She wasn't trying to hear it and told me I could pay for a full face and it would be cheaper. Um no! How about you wax the cheek and neck that I'm paying for! To me it also was humiliating to have her think I would not want that part of my face waxed. To walk out of there with a patch of hair still. So embarrassing but I was not expecting to pay for a whole additional service! So I was left with the option of leaving with that patch still on my face. A great customer service person would believe the customer, solve the issue then educate for next time with the hopes that the person would come back. Nope she was cold about it. Then when I was about to pay the front desk asked me how my service was, I told them the issue and all they could say was I was wrong and sorry it was misrepresented elsewhere. That changes nothing EWC WOODBURY! How can multiple other locations all recognize a cheek and neck as the same thing besides your location! Absolutely ridiculous. PEOPLE STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THESE MONEY HUNGRY FRANCHISES. They don't care about you as a person. They are petty. If you do go to this location I don't recommend the waxer Brittney. Horrible experience.
