Receptionist told me she would try to get it fixed. Two weeks went by while attending other visits, and still no answer. Finally 3rd week I told the receptionist I did not want to have a surprise charge later so if the billing could please get sorted asap. After the session was charge another $30 so I decided to cancel any other visits. Of course now I'm receiving billing statements via mail. The visits themselves were very rushed. The doctor obviously knows what he's doing but it's like you're paying by the minute. As quickly as he would come in he would be out. Some of the assistants would place cold packs where he would say hot. The electric simulation wasn't always placed in the correct spot.
