When Dr. Warnock came in he would not listen to what had happened, assumed it was arthritis and ordered physical therapy for arthritic shoulders and that was it. He missed the entire problem. After providing her information, they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next afternoon at 1:30 p.m.--a huge relief given the urgency. When we arrived around 1:00 p.m., check-in was smooth and efficient. As a new patient, I filled out the necessary forms on an iPad, and the front desk staff made the process easy. By 1:18 p.m., she was called back for an X-ray so Dr. Nguyen could evaluate her injury. Shortly afterward, we were brought into an exam room, and within minutes, Dr. Nguyen joined us. He introduced himself warmly, reviewed the X-rays with care, and clearly explained the available treatment options. From start to finish, every interaction--from the initial phone call to check-in and the doctor's visit--was professional, efficient, and compassionate.
