When it came time to finish the site and publish he threatened to delete all work unless payment was made before completion. Then said he was not doing anymore work after he received it via PayPal. I now have to hire another web designer to finish up all the failed promises of a cut rate web designer. I have broken links, incomplete pages, and flash images that do no load fast or at all.
