Thankfully my family member has an advocate. I'm very sure this agency has lost many caregivers and clients because of this woman. As many of the caregivers employed by this agency have complained about her as well. I feel really bad for the two ladies employed at this agency with Ruby. The doctor that took his place should not even have a collage degree. This woman does not even ask how you are doing and if you are having any issues . She has raised her voice to me and disrespected me twice in the last month. It took me over a year to get on a combination of meds that actually worked and with out even getting to know me and my situation she changed my meds. And after I explained the problem I was having she outright told me she can't do nothing for . This woman is not a doctor . She is an immigrant that has no respect or compassion . She barley speaks English . I cannot understand half the shit she says . I will be talking to lawyer about what my rights are and pursuing action against this poor excuse of a doctor. She has made my anxiety worse then it was before and her license to practice in mental health should be taken from her. I'm am disgusted that they took away the only doctor that was caring and compassionate and replaced him with a unprofessional , disrespectful, lame excuse for a human being. Time to seek a real doctor
