As professionals faced layoffs and stalled opportunities, Desireé began offering resume and career support to family, friends, and community members at no cost. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Desireé recognized the growing need for strategic career counseling and professional resume writing. What began as a grassroots effort quickly evolved into On Point Resume & Coaching Services a results-driven career coaching and resume service supporting professionals at every stage, from job seekers and career changers to emerging leaders.
