where do I start about two years ago I learned that I had rats in the attic I hired Massey services to take care of them. I even signed a contract with them. They came out about six different times at least could not figure out where the rats were coming in. Then I hired slugger Bug same deal the came out several times, even brought out their whole rat squad still couldn't find the problem then I hired on point wildlife James was my service man within a week they figured out where they were coming in sealed up everything problem solvedI can't thank you guys enough awesome job. Simply awesome! We hired them for bat removal. From beginning to end these guys were very professional and courteous. They provided a detailed analysis, and a quote that beat two other companies that we'd considered. Their price, warranty and service was better...no one could match their three-year warranty! They installed their devices that allowed the bats to exit but not re-enter. Once the bats were gone they removed the soffit, pressure washed and sanitized the area. Lastly, they sealed all possible rodent entrances on the roof with mesh, foam and cement, which can easily be painted to match for roof or siding. Highly recommend! read more

I hired On Point to remedy a situation with bats entering the soffit of a property we own. We were just out of the 1 year warranty when hurrican Ian caused damage to this property in the very area that was "repaired" and disturbed by On Point to remove the bats. They said this was out of warranty and they would charge over $500 to replace the soffits. I was able to find a licensed contractor to do the repair for half the price and I was informed that On Point did not reattach the soffit or eves properly and that is why they flew off in the wind. I am very disappointed in this company and regret paying them $1200 for this poor workmanship.I wonder if I really did have a bat problem. I do not recommend this company. read more

Excellent company. Came quickly and followed through with the proposed plan to rid my attic of rats. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Educated me as to how such a nice clean neighborhood as Fairway Lakes at Duran gets rats- apparently common problem in golf course communities. Last week I came home to a huge black snake inside my lanai climbing my window. Wasn't sure if it was a water moccasin or an Indian Racer. One of the co-owners James was at my door within 30 minutes. Took a few tries to catch him and he was a racer. They do not kill critters unnecessarily- I wanted the snake gone so he took him to his own yard and released him. James did admit the snake was very aggressive. I can't say enough good things about this company and I would never use anyone else. read more

I Smell A Rat! On the morning of October 9th, my wife heard an animal crawling around in the attic above our bathroom. In the past we have had issues with a squirrel getting in the attic in that area, so I just suspected it was yet again our little friend. At the suggestion of neighbors in our neighborhood, I called On Point Wildlife Removal and setup an appointment that same day at 11:30am. James and Emil arrived promptly and immediately wanted to get into the attic of a different part of the house. I kept explaining that I am hearing a squirrel over my bathroom in the back right corner of the house, but they insisted on going into the attic above the garage. I know my home has a history of rat and mice issues, to include catching one live under our stove. This was many, many years ago. Using my ladder, James immediately found rat feces and kept going on and on about how fresh it was and how they will to set up traps and such. My wife and I have owned rats, pet rats, and we are very familiar with rat feces. This was NOT rat feces; it was mice feces as it wasn't much larger than a grain of rice. James went on to say because it was so dark, it was fresh because older feces would turn grey and be chalky. He then went to his truck and prepared a quote to include aggressive trapping to get rid of the roof rats as he called them. It was also include sealing up two believed to be openings along the roofline of my home near the front door. They would also install mesh over the drain tubes going down into my septic system. All of this service came to the price of nearly 1200 dollars. I explained that I wanted to speak with my wife before going forward with the service. He was insistent and wanted me to go talk to my wife then, even though she was inside visiting with her daughter and mother. I explained that we wanted to think about it, with him continuing to pressure me to make a decision currently. He even went back into the attic to get more rat feces to show me. Finally, I had enough. I explained that I owned rats and that was NOT rat feces and I don't believe they are coming into my garage or attic. I explained my previous experience where someone ripped me off to the amount of 300 dollars telling me the same thing, saying we had rats in our attic when indeed it was a squirrel. We sealed up the soffit that time and we never heard from the squirrel again. At this point James got a little more hostile, saying that I was basically saying he was full of sh!t. I assured him, that if I thought that, I would be more than happy to tell him that directly to his face. I asked him to put my attic entrance back and place my ladder back where it belonged. He did so, but continuously telling me that the customer is not always right you know. In a service business such as his, that is not the correct attitude to have. Even when your customer is 100% wrong, you have something called tact and you utilize it to make the customer see your point of view. I, as a professional engineer, could never come out and blatantly say such a statement. They thankfully left and a week later I called my normal pest control guy to come out and take a look. It turns out we had soffit loose in two places, in which he fixed. He did this fix later morning so we know the squirrel is not in the attic, but rather out foraging for food. He charged me 75 dollars which I will gladly pay. But the funniest thing about all of this...I still smell a rat for some reason. read more

I had been having problems with animals in my attic, and had previously hired another local company here in Palm Bay, after 3 weeks and them not being able to solve my problem, they stopped coming out and answering my calls, needless to say I was angry. After doing my research and reading reviews on Google and Nextdoor, I noticed a trend that On Point Wildlife Removal was constantly mentioned as being the best around. I reluctantly called and scheduled an inspection. James came out the same day and immediately identified the entry point that the previous company had missed during their 3 weeks of trying to solve the problem, I had a cracked sewer pipe in my attic. over the next 2 weeks, James and his guys worked relentlessly to rid my house of rats and clean up the mess the other company couldn't.
