It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! UPDATE: after posting this initial review (raccoon removal from attic space) miraculously was sent a text message that a technician will be coming next day to service my property, but they came and went, initially was told before contract payment that after pest removal and sealing entry point, would clean/disinfect attic space, all technician said was he found no dead pests, rodents, they just went into attic space, observed and walked away with no cleaning done, not what I was told to sell their service to me, again not satisfied with work paid for, since this incident I have acquired the services of a local lawn pest control company for my yard.
