My second experience with ACS in the past year. And, again, outstanding! My Dell gaming desktop…read morelost a SATA hard drive about a year ago and i opted to replace both conventional drives with solid state drives. ACS recovered about 90% of the data on the bad drive, installed new units and transferred the files to them. They had the computer for less than a week and the price including the drives was less than $400! This time, the (proprietary) Dell power supply failed They found one instantly for almost $400, called me, sai that was a ridiculous price and they wanted to keep looking! The next day they called aa=gain and said they'd found one for $75.00 but it would take a week to get here. I'd also found a new one with a warranty on line for the same price and told them about it. They said "go for it". It arrived yesterday, I brought it to them today, and it was installed and tested while I waited! Then they said they were not going to charge me! I insisted on paying and left as one pleased customer! Great job guys!

He was a bit rude and could tell he wasn't as knowledgeable as the first gentleman that helped me. He ended up stripping the tiny screw that holds my key fob together. Took it back to see if they could do anything to fix it but the lady who I believe is the manager pretty much said it was my fault. Expensive battery change.
