We waited in the lobby for a little bit and were offered beverages throughout our wait just to make sure we hadn't changed our minds. When it was time for the closing we were explained in detail what each page was that we were signing and any question we had were answered. Choice Title gave us a lovely house warming gift of pineapple wine and pineapple cookies from Hawaii. Very good experience.
