I had a recurring issue with my riding mower so, having used OnSite SEMR previously, I called again. A new carburetor was installed (which all online info indicated was needed), but the mower kept dumping gas into crankcase. Mr. Mike came out at least 3X trying to locate problem. He even picked up my mower to repair at shop, no extra charge. A small piece of rubber from a replaced vacuum pump was blocking the seating of the needle in carb valve. Mike's persistence located this issue even though it was an odd, rare malfunction. At many times along the way, Mr. Mike could've taken advantage, but he did not! Really amazed by these guys. Very well run business. Scheduling was a breeze... it's Spring so, of course, they were very busy and booked up, regardless, they showed up the day they were scheduled to show up and I got the call in advance. Total pros. Experts 100%. Pulled up. Disassembled my lawnmower in minutes. Had the carburetor pulled off and into little pieces in no time... reminded me of NASCAR pit crews. Had me put back together and up and running in about 30 minutes. I went ahead and had them do the whole tune up... new plugs, new filters, new oil. Outstanding service! I can't pick up my lawnmower but they came to my house so no need for muscle. They determined quickly my carburetor needed cleaning. Price for the call to my house in Collierville and repair was just $100. So much easier than trying to take it somewhere and I'm sure the price is comparable to what I would pay anywhere else. While both gentlemen were friendly enough and fixed the string in my lawnmower, the cost of $70 was outrageous considering I provided the parts. My fault for not asking in advance but I read several reviews that stated they were "very reasonable". The last time I had this done, I was only charged $25, a huge difference. They also stated they took credit cards but in person said their machine was down and needed cash. I will now have to make a special trip and meet them in order to pay costing more of my time and money. Would not recommend. read more
