When we decided to not argue the $510 and just go get the car, they changed it to $594 once we were there. They were unable to explain why they did so much without confirming if we wanted the extra work done. We are not rich and I don't know a lot about cars and so I couldn't really argue. But just calling to tell us what was going on before doing it and charging us after the fact would have gone a long way. I won't say they scammed us because they did fix the issue with my car but it was absolutely shady and I would recommend them no one. They are taking advantage of people. I would have accepted a variation in price due to parts being more expensive than they thought. But they should have communicated with us when they did more than we agreed to. Also the ignition coil had nothing to do with the knock sensor so they shouldn't have replaced it without permission. So disappointed.
